Optional: Bring An Outdoor Floor Covering or plastic to protect your display “feet” and/or products. Especially if it rains the day/night before. It can also get dusty if it’s been dry.

Setup 9:00 – 10:15 A.M.

  • Drive-in and stop – I’ll come to you and show you to your space.
  • Pull off the brick path so others can pass by.
  • Unload
  • Park
  • Setup
  • You must unload and park before setting up!

Park

  • Drive through the train shed. (slowly!)
  • Go past the parking lot.
  • Continue past ALL tents on your right and blocky white building on left.
  • Park in the large lot at the far end of the property.

Rules and notes on setup

  • Tent against wall
  • Center between 12-foot marks
  • 100 pounds minimum of weight per tent
  • Do not put anything in front of the tent
  • Keep front and sides clear of banners and displays
  • Do NOT block the path or your neighbor.
The ground is crushed granite, easy on the feet. It drains well BUT can hold moisture after a rain. On dry days, it can be dusty. I Recommend an outdoor floor mat or covering.

Breakdown

  • No early breakdowns. 
  • No cars for at least 30 minutes after closing time.
  • Pack your booth down as much as possible towards the back of your booth.
  • Only then bring your vehicle to load out. 
  • We exit the way you entered in the morning, back onto Sawyer St.
  • Clean up your space! Bags by my cans, big stuff take with you! I don’t want it.
  • DO NOT BLOCK THE ALLEY WHILE YOU LOAD OR UNLOAD
  • BE MINDFUL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS

House Rules & Amenities!

Restrooms

  • Before noon: Check with Mitch – our usual early morning restrooms may not be available.
  • Noon – 5 pm: Inside the art studios look for the colorful doors with open studio flags

Food * Drink

  • There is always a food truck on site. Eastside of the train shed.
  • There is a food vendor in the Holler Brewery hallway.
  • Houston Cider Co. (w/wine) is near the train shed.
  • A growing number of food vendors are on-site! Take a walk!

What a ya need?

I’m there for the duration. I even have a tent, water and probably everything you forgot. Bandaids, tools, tent parts … personal … ok you need something, call/text me. 832-273-4798
